Hello my dear friends. Today I wanted to share with you my new experience with the virtual phone system
Which I have been using for several months now.
Avaya is a virtual phone, that is, it consists of programs that run on different operating systems, so that you can make and receive calls through these programs, without the need for you to have a physical phone, you will use the audio devices that you have built into your computer, just like we use teleconferencing programs completely.
The difference here is that this system has been linked to a desk phone number, with an adapter number, and the ability to make calls smoothly to fixed and mobile phones, and of course you can make internal calls with co-workers.
The program is fully compatible with screen readers, you can make calls, search the organization's directory, and read the caller's name using the cursor, and calls can be transferred, muted, put on hold, and more.
For me, it was a new experience at first, but it contributed to solving the problem of the regular phone that is not intended for use by the blind. Once again, technology has created a new innovative solution.
